​RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders
OrderCancellations & Order Edits: ​Once an order enters the dispatch phase, it cannot be canceled or edited. Any edits to the order will require placing a new order to address any errors made in the original (please refer to below for more information).

If you made an error in the quantity of items ordered, we are happy to assist you in correcting the order or removing any bonus offers that were mistakenly added. However, since your order may have already entered the dispatch phase, we will guide you through the necessary steps for post-dispatch corrections.

Undeliverable Orders: Orders flagged as undeliverable prior to shipping will have the purchaser contacted for corrections. If no contact is made within 3 days, the order will ship to the provided address.

Address Accuracy: GATE ACE LLC is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses and will ship to the address provided in the order. Orders shipped and marked undeliverable by the delivery company will be returned to Sender and will not be refunded, but on request of purchaser be re-shipped and purchaser will be charged full re-delivery charges prior to re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders: GATE ACE LLC is not responsible for orders lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Coupon Restrictions: Discounts and coupon codes provided are for product purchases only, not shipping.

Unauthorized Charges: Any shipping and customs charges billed to a GATE ACE LLC account without authorization will be charged to the customer.

Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to sales tax per local laws. GATE ACE LLC is not responsible for the rate of sales tax applied and disagreement with tax rates is not an eligible reason for a refund.

Refunds

Gate Ace LLC does not offer refunds. Items which are defective can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Return to Sender Policy: We cannot process refunds for packages marked as Return to Sender. Rejecting receipt (RTS) of order is treated as an Exchange without an EMA and no refund amount will be given nor will an alternate product be shipped.​
Exchanges
​
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to within 30 days to exchange it for an assessment. If we confirm that the damage or defect is our responsibility, we will promptly replace the product for you.

Exchange Policy
​
Exchange Approval: All Exchanges must be approved by a Customer Service Agent via email (info@theGATEACE.com) and returned with an EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) issued by GATE ACE LLC to its distribution center located at 1910 East Tom Green Street, STE 1A, Brenham Texas, 77833.

EMA Requirement: GATE ACE LLC will not accept Exchanges without an EMA. The printed EMA form must be included with the product(s) being returned for Exchanged.
Validity of EMA: EMAs are valid for 14 days from issuance. Exchanges must be postmarked within this timeframe.
Package Labeling: EMA numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the Exchange return package. Our shipping department cannot accept packages without an EMA number displayed.
Original Packaging: Exchanges must include the original product packaging.
Nonrefundable Charges: Shipping costs, restocking fees, discounts, coupons and merchant service processing fees are not refundable.
Shipping Responsibilities: Return shipping fees for Exchanges are the customer's responsibility. For product(s) returned with an EMA and deemed defective by GATE ACE LLC, shipping of replacement product(s) will be paid by GATE ACE LLC.

Condition of Exchanged Products: If an Exchanged product is not in its original condition or damage was not reported during the EMA process, an exchange may be denied, extra charges may apply, or the item may be Exchanged at your expense.

Cancellation Policy
GATE ACE LLC is not obligated to refund or cancel orders due to a change of heart. Purchasers are responsible for their orders, except in cases of clear fraud.
